Mini Student Dictionary

Out of frustration with Word Walls and student spelling and correcting spelling on writing I designed this Mini Dictionary. I did not want something big but something that would tuck in their writing folder.
The results were this packet.
There are 260 commonly written and read words in the dictionary and plenty of space for kiddos to add their own. A to Z students will be able to find words to use in their writing or to use for correcting their writing. No copying from the board to their desk but an easy visual and easy transfer. 
The Mini Dictionary is followed by activities to support pracitce on dictionary skills.
