There are 8 different color flags and pictures for creating a banner.

Name tags are specific to desk, locker and there are smaller ones for name tags.

Signs for your literacy centers and a teacher binder to match the theme.
Also able signs for hanging or taping on tables as sell as numbers for student labeling.

Class pictures can create a board or fill in your birthday board.
There are also materials for behavior management.

This packet also includes an alphabet and numbers for posting.

You can create a classroom calendar and arrange these around your clock if you have an analog one.

There are materials for how your students get home and also class responsibilities.
And these adorable crafts would be so cute to make.

Classroom Theme ... Welcome Aboard!

Welcome Aboard...Hello Matey...This Crew
I can't think of a more enjoyable classroom theme.
Check it out!!

Love name tags... some with lowercase letters and numbers to 20 for desks,  plain for lockers or cubbies, small square ones for other identification.

I number my tables.  You can place these in the middle of your table or hang them from the ceiling with a group of desks.
I also number my students.  These life buoys are numbered to put in cubbies for each student or to number each student box.  The Ahoy Matey can hold student numbers and student names.

The welcome aboard  can be blown up if you wish and then use this pattern and put student pictures and names in it.  I also have letters all printed to be cut out for a bulletin board.
Create a hanging border or banner using the pennants.

Or I absolutely LOVE these photo frames for student pictures.
There is a sailor themed alphabet and numbers for posting in the room.

Put these labels round your clock and also create a calendar with these labels.

I enjoy making a bulletin board for the first few weeks on "How we go!"
Student pictures can be put below each way.

There are also anchor charts for you to identify your literacy centers and technology area.
A school supply hand out is included as well as a "Teacher Binder" cover.
Carry the theme right into you behavior plan.

An adorable book and the perfect packet to go with it!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Next on to a little more of the Classroom Decor items.
Yes, you still need to use your imagination.
And yes, I am so disappointed in how the pictures turned out BUT
you will get the idea.

First here is a Teacher's Binder cover to fit the theme of your classroom.
Not trying to sell but this packet is ideal for you and your binder.
It will really help you get organized and just like this packet it is editable.

Oh, how I love framing things for the room.  You can get inexpensive frames at the $1 store and other places.  I got this at Target for $3.
You can frame center signs, classroom rules and more.

Hard to see but this is the welcome banner.  I used large colorful buttons to "bling" it up!!

And the letters that if they were laminated would not curl...WELCOME!
Each of these items making your class feel welcome.

Next is my clip up clip down items.
I do not put everyone up everyday!!
I try for two super students each day and I love it when I NEVER have to send home a I Can Do Better for Teacher's Choice.
The notes are included in this packet.

This packet is filled with so many WONDERFUL items.
It is editable and all for $5
Things I didn't post...clock, calendar, number cards...

And remember these are free!!

My new motto for the rest of the summer...
Products perfect for meeting the needs of your classroom and perfect on a teacher's pocketbook!
Prices are minimal to help you afford getting ready for the New Year!!

Let me know how else I can help!!

Room Decor

First don't forget to sign up for the $25 TpT gift certificate.  Drawing is tomorrow!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Okay today you are going to have to use your imagination.
A last minute decision as I was sitting inside the lake house on a 90% humid day while they cut a HUGE tree down in the front of the house.  Yep way up on that OLD branch is the climber.  He has real courage or he is NUTS!!

You need to use your imagination because my bulletin board is going to be my kitchen table.
I have no laminator here and because of the humidity the edges are curling BUT I do think you will get the actual feeling of the ideas I am sharing.

Does the sound of the pencil sharpener drive you crazy?
Does the "squirmy" kiddo drive you crazy having to sharpen their pencil every minute?
Does the student breaking their pencil led so they can sharpen their pencil drive you crazy?
Well they do me!!
This has really solved the problem.
Have pencils ready and sharpened.
All the child has to do is make a trade.
Not new...an oldie but goodie!!

This idea is great for Student Helpers.  Providing "jobs" for the kiddos makes them feel a part of the classroom.  Unlike at home I find they LOVE having a job at school.
Be sure to keep a checklist next to your helper board so that you are sure everyone has equal opportunity.  I have jobs like...messenger, librarian, meteorologist, lights, recycle, papers and two of the favorite...Line Leader and Caboose.
I use the self stick velcro so I can exchange student names printed on tagboard and laminated.

This has been a welcome addition outside my classroom door!  Again I have each special area on a card and laminated.  The self stick velcro once again works so I can make quick exchanges.

Here are the name tags.
The desk name tag has lower case letters and number line to 10.
The locker name tag just has the border and name.
I ran the name tags for open house and the first day of school on full sheet labels.
They turn out sooo cute.

You have to use your imagination here BUT I think you get the idea of what my birthday board will look like.  The banner can be as big or small as you want it by just duplicating the flags.
Tomorrow I will show you the welcome banner.

This is my second favorite spot.  On the first day I take each kiddos picture and post them on these photo tags with the child's name.  Perfect for dividing groups, boy girl count, polling.
Laminate and they last all year!!

And I love this colorful alphabet on half sheets for posting.

Good stuff to get you back to school ready.
This and so much more are found in this packet.
Tomorrow I will share the behavior section, calendar/clock, as well as the welcome!!
Priced to help you meet a teachers pocketbook!!
