Let's Write November

This monthly writing packet is filled with activities to get your students WRITING!
Each lesson starts with a grammar lesson with practice activities.
This packet focuses on proper nouns and plural nouns.
I encourage the students to use these skills in their writing.
Next a read aloud is shared with the class.
Discussion follows and then the students use the graphic organizers to gather their thoughts for writing.
The next step is to have students prepare a "sloppy copy" of their thoughts and EDIT them.
These are then placed on a final write page for showcasing.
Each lesson takes approximately one week and there are 4 lessons.
This packet includes:
Time to Sleep
The First Thanksgiving
Duck for President
A Turkey for Thanksgiving
