Winter Holiday Lights!

 This packet takes students on a trip to various locations around the world to discover holiday traditions. How do you write an effective "how to" story?

Your class will love practicing with this packet.

Colorful, simple and teach parts of speech as well as data.

You can have them:

1.  In their journal write three sentences using nouns and verbs from the activity page.

2.  Write in their journal were there more nouns or verbs?  How many more?  How many words altogether?

3.  In their journal pick one of the nouns and write about it.

4.  Write a sentence using a noun and a verb...draw a picture about the sentence.
